Welcome to the 60's in this clean well kept ranch home. The home is smoke free, no pets. A nice assortment of furniture all in good shape and clean, couches, loveseat, swivel rockers, Lane Acclaim end tables and coffee table. Some nice kitchen appliances, tools, bowls and cookware. Home wall decorations include metal wall sconces, glass and ceramic bowls and vases. A beautuful Howard Miller grandfather clock that keeps perfect time. A Kimball Console piano. Some vintage cookbooks. 27 WE Christmas Cookie books from 1947 to today. Antique books, 100+ year old Bibles and a set of encyclopedia.

The basement contains a Sanyo component sound system, Amplifier, Am/FM Stereo Receiver, Equalizer and tape deck, all in working condition. The is a Great World War doughboy helmet. A WWII stretcher. 1960 camping equipment, a pumpstove, two mantle lantern, some fishing tackle, Sears weight set. 8 foot slate pool table.
In the garage there is a nice snowblower with an automatic start, a compressor, leaf blowers, rakes and shovels and the typical garden tools,
