Our sign up sheet is placed by the front door at 5:00pm the night before the sale. Only our list is honored. Make sure our logo and information is at the top. If you arrive to sign up please be courteous make sure no one is waiting in their car to sign up.
Please bring adequate help to move furniture. Arrangements for later pick up than sale date can be arranged.
All sales final.

This is a One Day Sale. A real "sweetie" of a sale for Valentines Day.
We will combine another partial estate with this one to bring you a variety of art, interesting books, camera items, housewares, vintage and better linens and more. With the upcoming holiday we have useful and pretty table setting items.

From Century House of Madison Swedish glassware tumblers and highball glasses, Spode Wicker Dale dinnerware complete with coffee service, Spode Tuscan, Tanberg receiver, collectible pressed steel Struco fire truck and other collectible toys from the mid 20th century. Circa 1940's Black Walnut bedroom set to include highboy. dressing table with mirror and 3/4 size bed. carved pulls and lovely natural finish, artists easels. Art work by local and artists. 1970-1990. Our list will grow next week as we unpack the boxes being stored.
