All bidding starts at $1 with NO RESERVE; the highest bidder wins!
This auction is open NOW and Lots will begin closing at 7:00pm (Central time) on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. Scheduling software will be used to reserve specific pick up times in Madison, WI on Saturday, September 30th, 10:00am-2:00pm (or longer if necessary to accommodate the number of winning bidders). The pick up location is in the Goodland County Park area though the exact address of the pick up location will be shared with winning bidders when reserving a pick up time. Shipping is available at the buyer's expense for most items.
A credit card must be registered in order to place bids and will be used to automatically receive payment from winning bidders after the auction closes.
Buyer's Premium: 15%, WI Sales tax: 5.5% if applicable
A receipt for purchases will be emailed to winning bidders upon closure of the entire auction. The email address a winning bidder has registered with on CTBids.com is the address used.
A copy of your tax exempt certificate should uploaded to Caring Transitions for approval prior to the close of an auction.

The owners of this beautiful lake side home have moved to a residence that better meets their current needs. They could not take it all with them so now you have an opportunity to own and enjoy those items they had to leave behind. The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm on Wednesday, September 27th. Local pick up is by reservation between 10:00am - 2:00pm on Saturday, September 30th in Madison, WI. Shipping is available for many of the items. There will be a pickers sale on-site at pick up.
