• A 13.5% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via online auction conducted by Hamele Auction. Echeck, cash & paper check can qualify for 3.5% discount off buyer’s premium, but must respond to invoice email.
• Tax for the County the Vehicle will be titled and will be collected by auction company in unless you are a licensed dealer
• Title Fee collected by auction company
• If Buyer is going to register the vehicle, then a registration fee will be collected by auction company
• Buyer will sign an MV11 and expect 8-10 weeks for title to be delivered to buyer from State of Wisconsin.
• All items are AS-IS. Seller and/or auction company doesn’t warranty the condition of the vehicle/item expressed or implied. Bidder to verify condition of all vehicles and items via in-person viewing, pictures, video and/or another party inspection for bidder.
• Vehicles will not be cleaned out.

Details: Online bidding starts ending 11/16/22 at 6:00 PM Central time. This is an online internet only auction.
Preview: Tuesday, November 15th Noon – 3PM – NO test drives – items at 3110 Watford Way, Madison
Checkout Date/Pickup: All payments need to be made Nov. 17th at scheduled pickup from 10-2pm.
All vehicles and items need to be removed no later than November 23rd and arrangements must be made with Tony’s Auto Repair and Towing (no weekend pickup)
Shipping: Tony’s Auto Repair and Towing will deliver vehicles within 7 mile radius of 3110 Watford Way Madison WI beyond the 7 miles is $5 per mile. Shipping of all other items will need to be done by a 3rd party shipper.
Items beyond vehicles include subwoofers, Globe long board, Prime PGA-20 guitar amp, and more. See bid site for full catalog.
