. Our client has instructed us to sell almost all of the lovely furniture, accessories and art that will not be included in their across country move. 

Due to the unique nature of this sale, there will be NO HALF PRICE DAY!!! We will take this into consideration when pricing and will present the best and most reasonable prices possible.

Walk up customers will not be allowed into sale without an appt.
Doesn't matter how many people you bring in your car but we are limited to the number of cars we can appropriately accommodate.

You can make an appt as of 9:00am Sunday, February 27, 2022.
Call or Text Lakeshore at 414-305-7843 between 8:00am and 8:00pm with your name and contact number for appt.
You will then be given appt time along with the address.
Appointments will be appointed on a first come first serve basis.

We have limited appointment availability.
If you can not make your appointment please be courteous and cancel so we may fill it.

Parking info:
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND FOLLOW GUIDELINES!  
No LAKESHORE SIGNAGE WILL BE ON ENTRANCE OF MAIN ROAD as this sale is only by appt.
There is a private short road to the approach of the home. The home is located in the cul de sac area.
OUR LAKESHORE SIGNAGE WILL BE AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE HOMES DRIVEWAY ONLY
There is absolutely NO parking in the cul de sac area!
*Please be courteous and  do not block driveways, fire hydrants 
  and paper boxes.
*Driveway is for pick ups only!

DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE YOUR APPT TIME!  There will not be parking available. Parking will only by allowed on  the SOUTH side of the street only.  

You will need to enter on the main street and  drive around the cul de sac and park on the south side of the street past the cul de sac area.
You will need to walk to home.
It is not far it's just that the cul de sac area is TIGHT!
