Bids will close at 3:00pm on the second day of the sale.

Sign in sheet is available at 9am on the first day and final day of the sale!
ONLY THE LAKESHORE ESTATE SALES SIGN IN SHEET WILL BE RECOGNIZED FOR ENTRY, NOT A CUSTOMER GENERATED SHEET!!! A "WATCHED LIST" (This means a Lakeshore team member will be holding the sign in sheet and recording the names of all entrants)
IT WILL BE PROTOCOL ONE NAME PER PERSON PRESENT TO SIGN IN!
*Limited numbers of shoppers will be allowed into the property at one time.
