Items need to be removed by the end of the sale, or you will be charged an additional appointment fee when arranging pick up.

To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, we will have a sign up sheet. We place the "official" sign up sheet out 1 hour before we open. You need to be in line at the house (in person) at that time to assure your place in line when we open. We do not accept or use any other lists started by customers. Thank you!
