Signup sheet available at 9am on 1st day of sale. Only Landmark signup list will be honored. All sales are final, no returns or refunds. Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover accepted as well as cash and personal check with photo ID. Landmark employees are not responsible for moving or delivering purchases. You must supply your own transportation and "muscle" to move items. Most items are priced, some items may require bids. Bidding on silent auction items ends at 3pm on the second day of sale. Please be courteous when parking. Call 414-335-3594 with any questions during sale. Items must be picked up on site by 2pm on the last day of sale, we do not ship.
