Caring Transitions of Waukesha County cordially invites you to our Milwaukee Garage, Tool & Car Parts Sale – PICKER’S Galore!

Sale will be in a garage on the alley on the east side of a home on the 5000 South block of 20th street. Please park and walk into the alley which is east side of 20th street, sale is ONLY in the garage. NO PARKING in the alley until pick up is happening, not during shopping. Most items will not be priced. CASH only, you’ll bargain with the team that is there.

Included:

Car maintenance parts, vintage Chevrolet parts, tools, shop items, etc. Wood for projects, tools for woodworking & metal working etc.

NO personal checks. Cash only.

The health and wellbeing of our clients, staff, and customers is of utmost importance. In light of Coronavirus (COVID-19), as a matter of civic responsibility and to protect our customers who are deemed high risk by the CDC, we are implementing the following:

1. Please do not come to the estate sale if you are sick. If you are over the age of 65 or if you have underlying health conditions, we strongly urge you not to attend.
2. Please come prepared with your choice of preventive equipment such as masks, sanitizer, tissues, etc. 
3. *Masks and social distancing: please follow local regulations.
4. Please do not arrive at the estate sale site early. Please wait in your car if you need to.
5. Please give yourself extra time in the event it is necessary for us to ask you to wait to go inside in order to avoid coming too close to other customers.
