Bradley Estates Milwaukee Mid-Century Pop Up Sale

By attending this estate sale, you agree to the following rules:

1. First Come, First Served — No early entry, pre-sales, or holds. A crowd sign-up sheet may be posted the day before the sale after 4 pm. Early birds only — lines form at your own risk.

2. Pricing — Not all items are priced. We encourage shoppers to make a neat pile of the items they want and a staff member will price them for you. Prices that are marked are firm on the first day. No negotiations on Day 1.

3. Payment — Cash or Venmo only. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns. Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

4. Shopping Rules
- Do not remove price tags.
- Do not mark items as sold yourself.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- No food or drinks inside the home.
- Client’s bathrooms are not available for public use.
- Do not sit on or use furniture for lounging/waiting.
- Respect “No Entry” areas and secured cabinets/drawers.

5. Conduct — Zero tolerance for disrespectful behavior toward staff, other shoppers, or the property. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave without refund. No loitering, photography without permission, or recording.

6. Large Items & Removal — All items must be removed by the end of the final sale day unless prior arrangements are made. Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting their purchases. We do not provide delivery.

7. Condition of Items — All items are sold “as is, where is” with no warranties or guarantees. Please inspect items before purchasing.

8. Liability — Attendees enter at their own risk. The estate sale company and property owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.

9. Right to Refuse / Modify — We reserve the right to modify these terms, refuse service, or cancel the sale if necessary.
