Join us for our 4th Huge Estate "Clean-Out" Sale

We have spent weeks adding tons of new items 100s if not 1000s of Christmas and crafting items alone. We finished cleaning out 2 more estates -- we still have so much more to bring to this location and we have priced everything lower than most sales and they get marked down from there.

50% percent off on green yellow and pink tagged items -- Orange tagged items are full price 3rd & 4th -- 25% off 5th and 50% off on the 6th - items not marked are negotiable

Heads up Google maps is sending people to wrong address. The easiest way to get here is the intersection of National Ave & Edgewood ave which is between Big Bend and Mukwonago (very close to the Fox River)

Remaining Items from previous sale will be reduced 50% unless marked firm - also we have box lotted many items so huge deals for those items - New items added in every category.

Take a small walk across the parking lot and visit Greenfield Gallery which will be selling as well. Owner of Greenfield Gallery will also be featuring tons of Christmas items.

Our plan with this location is to buy entire estates -- move to this location - clean and price items -- hope everything sells and do it all over again each month or 6 weeks. We have a back log of at least 4 sales as it stands.

We will use our sign-up sheet only (so do not make your own)
Each person can sign up only themselves (we will monitor)
You can not transfer any names from any other list
The number of people we will be allowing into the building will be reduced because of this Covid-19 epidemic.
We ask that shoppers keep this in mind and try to shop with an urgency so that others may have a chance to also shop.

As it stands we will be allowing 25 people in the building at a time which is a little under 25% capacity.
We reserve the right to change this number at anytime up until and during the sale.

TAX IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE WHICH IS AN ADDITIONAL SAVINGS TO OUR CUSTOMERS. PEOPLE USING CREDIT CARDS WE WILL TAKE ADDITIONAL IDENTIFICATION AND MAKE YOU SIGN FOR TRANSACTION (PLEASE NOTE CAMERA WILL BE VIDEO TAPING ALL TRANSACTIONS)
