A Sign up sheet will be posted at 9:00 am. on the first & last day of the sale. You MUST be present to sign up. One name per number and you may only sign up yourself.
We allow a single, WATCHED, pre-sign in list that is started by the first person to arrive at the sale. IF YOU START THE LIST YOU MUST STAY WITH THE LIST OR IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you put your name on a pre-sign in sheet, you must still be present at 9am when our list goes out, your name will not automatically be transferred.

Please be respectful of neighbors. DO NOT drive on their lawns, park in front of mailboxes and block or park in driveways.

(Bid Items do not have starting or minimum bids, they will sell to whoever bids the highest. Bidding can also be done on any items that are priced on a white index card and have an inventory number. You must bid over 60% of our asking price on those items. Bids must be placed at the sale during sale hours. All bids will close at 3pm Saturday, high bidders will need to pick up their items by 1pm Sunday. We do not give out any of the current bids. Please look all items over carefully before bidding and do not place any bids if you are not able to pick the item up on the last day of the sale or if you are not serious about purchasing the item)
