Cash, good local checks accepted. Loading help available Fri. & Sat. Sale starts at 9:00 AM, Signup sheet will be out at 5:00PM the night before the sale. Admission the morning of the sale is by the list only, until the rush is over.
To clarify the sign up procedure; You must be in line to sign up on Thursday. You may put out a marker to keep your spot , but if you leave the premises, I am not responsible if you loose your spot. Those that spend the time to stay will bump you to the back of the line. You may sign up one additional person when you sign up, but only one other. I can sign people up by phone, if you call or text me BEFORE 5:00 PM Thursday, but only after those waiting on sight have signed up.

A nice clean sale with well cared for items. Everything is for sale and I mean EVERYTHING. Including all appliances, window treatments, shelving, yard and garden decor. The new owner wants a VERY clean slate to start with. I just posted new pics, but e haven't started the basement, which is more like a first floor. Tackling that on Thursday.
