All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Items are sold “as-is” without guarantees or warranties of any kind.
Except for items listed for online sales, pricing information is not available off-site or outside of designated sale hours. Additionally, we do not hold items outside of sale hours. Exceptions may be made for serious, qualifying offers
We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard.
No personal checks will be accepted.
Sales tax will be charged on all purchases, as required by state law.
Resellers must present a valid resale certificate with a legible registration number and photo ID.
Please bring your own muscle! You are responsible for moving, lifting, and loading your purchases. Grasons staff are not permitted to assist with large or heavy items.
All items must be removed by the end of the final sale day.
Entry to the sale and property is at your own risk.
Seller and Grasons are not liable for any damage or injuries occurring on or around the premises.
Security cameras are in use throughout the property.
By entering, you agree to abide by all posted rules and may be photographed or filmed.
No large bags, totes, backpacks, or strollers allowed inside—only items the size of a fanny pack are permitted.
No public restrooms are available—please plan ahead.
