This is the Mariner’s Point neighborhood, located on the north end of downtown by the church at the top of the hill. There are a lot of one-way streets, so please follow the signs.  The home has been sold and working with the owner to liquidate the contents.  Owner has been liquidating items already, so all items pictured may not be available.

All items priced and priced to sell. This sale is cash only.

Limited room to move around the house, so please be prepared to wait as we allow only a limited number of people in at a time.  Sign-up sheet will be set out at 6am daily. Shoe protectors (provided) or socks required to enter house.

All items sold as is.  All sales final. Large items and furniture are buyer’s responsibility to safely remove from home.  There are items throughout this three-story house. Purchased items must be removed by noon on Saturady
