Donovan Estate Sale III -

By registering to bid, bidders acknowledge that they have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Inspection
Please review all photographs and descriptions carefully before placing a bid. Preview opportunities will be announced when available. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition, age, authenticity, size, and value of each item.

Condition of Items
All items are sold AS IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. While every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions and photographs, Atomic Auctions does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any listing. Announcements or updates made before the close of the auction take precedence over printed or online descriptions.

Bidding
All bids are binding. Once submitted, bids cannot be withdrawn. Please bid carefully.

Payment
Payment is due according to the terms stated in each individual auction listing. Accepted payment methods will be identified within the auction details. A buyer’s premium may apply as stated in the auction listing.

Pickup
Successful bidders are responsible for picking up their purchases during the scheduled pickup times. Buyers should bring any necessary boxes, packing materials, blankets, straps, and assistance for loading large or heavy items. Atomic Auctions is unable to provide moving assistance unless specifically noted.

Items not picked up during the designated pickup window may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been approved. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.

Shipping
Shipping is available on select items only and must be requested if not otherwise noted. Buyers are responsible for all shipping, insurance, handling, and packaging costs. Shipping invoices must be paid before items are mailed.

Removal of Purchases
Ownership transfers to the buyer at the conclusion of the sale, and all purchases are removed at the buyer’s risk. Atomic Auctions is not responsible for items left after pickup or for damage occurring during removal.

Auction Closing
Lots begin “soft” closing at the published closing time. Extended bidding may apply to lots receiving bids near the end of the auction.

Buyer’s Premium
A buyer’s premium, as stated in each auction listing, will be added to the final hammer price.

Liability
Atomic Auctions, its employees, agents, property owners, and sellers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during preview or pickup.

Acceptance of Terms
By placing a bid, bidders agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all additional terms published for individual auctions.
