Hello all!
We hope you all had a great Independence Day and some time off to enjoy your loved ones.
We are back and in Winchester this week. We are working to get you all kinds of goodies to feast your eyes on.
This home is for sale and immaculate. The home was under construction and now that has ceased, and they are selling. This sale will be spread out between the home that has a connected multi stall garage and then a pole barn that we are lucky enough to be allowed to use, per the neighbor/owner.

Turn right onto Eagle Peak Ln- go up the hill steady- so as not to kick out or make grooves- just take it easy, it is actually no problem , but intimidating when you 1st pull in. Pull past the pole bard cottage (on your left) You will see the pole barn on your left indicating parking(up to 10 spots) the house is all the way to end (up to 5 spots available there) you can park along the road, but stay to one side.
