Buyer is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. In person inspection highly recommended. Once bid has been placed, bidder has enacted a contract to pay for their winning bids. Belle City Resale reserves the right to pursue all legal avenues to ensure buyer fulfils said contract. If buyer is unsure of what they are bidding on... DO. NOT. BID!!! If you try to register to bid while the auction has already started, we cannot guarantee you will be approved to bid in time.
IN ORDER TO BE APPROVED TO BID, YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS MUST BE THE SAME FOR SHIPPING AND BILLING OR ELSE YOU WILL BE DECLINED TO BID.
We do not approve bidders with negative remarks on their Hibid account. Ex: Non-paying bidders from previous companies.
Belle City Resale will not honor mistakes. Employees have the right to bid on consignment auctions. If you are registering to bid so close to the auction end time or while the auction is ending, you will not automatically be approved. It's best to register ahead of time to make sure there is enough time to be approved.
When registering to bid, you have to be approved. Your bids will show PENDING until you are approved.
Buyers Terms:
15% buyer's premium is added to winning lots.
No Discount for Cash.
Wisconsin State sales tax applies to all orders unless a tax-exempt certificate is provided BEFORE the auction ends.
Ways To Pay: Your card that you registered on Hibid with will automatically be charged after auction ends for your winning lots. If you prefer to pay cash when you pick up, please contact us! If we do not hear from you, your card on file will automatically be charged.
After the auction ends, you will receive an EMAIL and TEXT that you must answer regarding pick up or shipping. Winning auctions need to be picked up during your scheduled pick-up time. You are welcome to have someone else pick up for you - you will just need us to let us know who that is. We will not release your items to anyone without your permission. Items not picked up during those times will be forfeited.
If you need your items shipped, you will receive a text and email with an invoice to pay for your shipping. Once your shipping cost invoice is paid, you will receive tracking within two weeks of auction close sent to your email and a text.
No refunds/credits will be given.
All sales are final.
All items are sold as is-where is with no guarantee or warranty of any sort. Photographs are considered part of the item description so please use all information provided to you to assess the value of this item before bidding.
Unpaying bidders will be reported to Hibid, blacklisted and denied participating in any other Belle City Resale auctions. A negative will also be left on customers’ Hibid account resulting in other auctions denying them as well.
