The purpose of this catalog is only for the identification of merchandise. It is our intention to give an accurate description to the best of our knowledge and note any defects we may be aware of. However, the auctioneer makes no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information given on any merchandise found in the catalog.
Firearms and Native American Ivory must be purchased by Wisconsin residents and may not be shipped.
All items: Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. We do not guarantee the value, condition, or authenticity of any item. It is the sole responsibility of you, the buyer, to judge the value, condition, and authenticity of merchandise and bid accordingly. We disclaim responsibility for any opinions expressed by the auctioneer or others as to the value of any item. Please use the preview times to inspect all items prior to bidding on them. All sales are final.
Signatures: We do not guarantee the authenticity of any signature.
Payment: We accept the following payment types: Cash, Check (we reserve the right to hold merchandise until check clears), or Visa & Master Card. There is an extra 3.5% fee for credit cards. If you have a declined credit card, we will charge a $20 chase fee, unless you contact us with another form of payment within 24 hours (of decline) on business days.
Pickup/Removal: All items must be removed from the premises during designated Pickup Times. If you are unable to pick up during these times, please make arrangements with the auctioneer BEFORE the pick up day. There may be a handling & storage fee added to your items if we have to transport and store them for you. If you don't pick up your items at your arranged time or contact us with other arrangements, you will be charged a disposal fee equal to our disposal fee. If you are a No Show to the pick up, we will run your card and you forfeit the item(s). No Exceptions. When we are off-site, we are not able to check our voicemails at the auction house. We will not bring items back to our auction house unless arranged before the pick up day. All items not picked up (off-site) will be discarded the evening of the pick up day.
Shipping: We do offer in-house shipping for most items. Items are shipped from our business in Phillips, not the estate. We charge the cost of shipping plus $60 an hour for packaging above the cost of packaging material. We will also work with your third-party shipper or pick-up agent (within reason). All items that can be insured will be insured. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. Please keep in mind that large items will have a large cost for shipping. Please don't bid on items that say "no shipping" and expect them to be shipped, unless you call and arrange suitable compensation or arrange for your own pick up or third party agent.
Please note that we cannot ship liquids/chemicals.

Auction pickup: The auction pickup is on Tuesday, December 5th from 10am to 5pm at 375 Lakeshore Dr. Rib Lake, WI 54470. Successful bidders will receive an email or text from Shipping Saint to schedule a pickup time. Please DON’T schedule early pickup times on Tuesday (when you have more than 25 lots).
NOTE: There are 920+ lots in this auction. Wayne continues to be a long-time member of the community. He has moved to an apartment and will be selling the wonderful items he has collected over the years. Wayne worked on Expo ‘67, lived in Alaska, and is an interesting person.
