You break it, you buy it.
Items are priced fairly taking into consideration condition and if not priced, we will negotiate a fair deal. Discounts may be given after the 1st day. NO discounts on Day 1.
Bids accepted for items priced >$50.
We don’t give prices out in advance.
We do not do pre-sales unless noted on specific items. Presale items must be removed from the home no later than 3:00 the day prior to the sale.
We are very happy to take phone sales but will always give priority to customers there in person. Phone sales will be accepted after 12 noon on sale days. Phone sales using a credit/ debit card for payment will be charged a 5% fee.
We assume no liability - you participate in the sale at your own risk. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for Accidents.
We are NOT movers. We are unable to assist with carrying or loading your purchases. Bring help to load large or heavy purchases. Bring equipment that may be necessary to remove your purchases from the premises - including tools and other humans. We have a few hand trucks that may be used to move purchases.
Cash strongly preferred. Will accept Venmo or credit cards for purchases >$25 - we reserve the right to add a 5% service fee to any credit card purchases. No checks.
We will honor an attended sign up sheet but do not post one. Customers must work together to manage the list. If you are the first person at the sale, please start the list. You must be present at the time sale is opened for your number to be honored. If we open early and you are not present, you will be placed at the bottom of the list.
Do not drop off a list or clipboard - it will not be honored. We will NOT exchange pre-list numbers for "our" numbers.
Bathroom facilities are NOT available.
Please note: if you bring your own bag, we will require it to be empty upon entering and will completely empty it at checkout. We provide a limited number of shopping baskets for your convenience.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. It is STRONGLY recommended that children do not attend this sale. LOTS of breakables!
We reserve the right to refuse entry or sale to any customer if deemed necessary.
Driveway is for pick up of purchases only.
House is one story with a basement. Stairs are involved.
