Payment - Cash or Credit Cards (No checks accepted) Credit Cards will incur an additional 3% Fee.
We will honor a single watched list. At 9:00 a.m., we will allow the 1st 20 people into the sale
Larger items are required to be moved at time of purchase or can be picked up through Saturday evening at 4:00 p.m. or a time scheduled with the sale conductor.
Buyers are responsible for moving their own items.
Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. Adults are responsible for any damage incurred.
All sales are final (i.e no returns) so please inspect purchases carefully
You are welcome to leave a bid on items prior to Saturday. If you are the high bidder, you will be notified Saturday after noon.

Get ready for Amityville part II. If you remember the first Estate Sale 2 years ago, this sale should be just as good. There will be tons of vintage, collectibles and antiques. Just like last time, the sale will be on the wrap-around porch and in the vast yard. While there may be less furniture in this sale, there will be a vast array of unique items. The pictures only tell a small slice of the story and are very incomplete, due to the fact that we cannot pull everything out for setup until the sale date gets closer. Please check back often for more details and more pictures.
