COMING IN MARCH

 A Gibson Girl Special Event

(dates and address to be released soon)

We have a most unusual situation/estate sale that I would like to tell you about.  In November at the age of 75 a beautiful woman with an amazing life, passed away.  She was born in Sheboygan and graduated from Central High in 1960.  She returned to Sheboygan and her family home in the mid 1980's.  Between 1960-1984 she traveled throughout the world and lived in Hawaii and other exotic places.  She was an interior designer and fashion stylist for many people who became aware of her unique eye for the finest quality in all areas of life, but especially clothing which she obviously loved.

Because her house is now under renovation we have moved what we felt were some of the best items from her estate to a store front in Sheboygan where we will have a 2 week event in March.  We would not have gone through all of this if we didn't feel it was worth the time and effort involved.  So......keep in mind that this will be one of the most interesting collections of vintage quality clothes, bags, scarves, jewelry, and ladies items we have ever had.  She also had collections of antique ladies hat pins, something you rarely see.  Her home was filled with interesting pieces of Oriental items, brass pieces, rocks and crystals, linens, china, silver and sterling, glassware, figurines, records, books, a large Buddha and cement pagoda.  Furniture includes Maple corner cabinet, Antique treadle sewing machine, Birdseye maple antique bedroom set, Mid-century modern 1960's bedroom set, Mahogany triple base drop leaf dining table and beautiful sideboard, Feminine painted standing ladies jewelry cabinet, Lovely side chair, Pair of ball and claw foot wing back chairs, (could use redoing)  Curved back wood bench, 1970s dining table with 8 high back chairs, Bookcase with glass doors and many other items we will tell you about as the sale comes closer.  In the meantime, pass the word especially to anyone who loves, sells, or collects vintage clothes as this is going to overwhelm you when you see what is here.

For more information call The Gibson Girls 920-457-6551 or our Cell Phone 920-946-0089.  For CURRENT UPDATES please LIKE us on Facebook to see what's happening as we work at our sales.   www.thegibsongirls.com
