This remarkable estate sale is for the former owner of the Etsy jewelry business Mixed Elements. The Office

A complete, well-appointed business office featuring an L-shaped oak desk with abundant storage, a freestanding desk with keyboard drawer, and a double-width oak storage cabinet with leaded glass doors. Seating includes two Modway desk chairs. Office equipment and accessories include an HP Smart Tank printer, two paper shredders, desk lamp, Ott floor lamp with magnifying glass, personal-size TV, computer monitor and keyboard, and a wide array of office supplies. Oak lamp tables and a coffee table complement an impressive 8½-foot oak entertainment cabinet with leaded glass doors (comes apart for easy moving), along with a 48" Toshiba television.Decorative accents include candle holders, artist pottery, several large modern art pieces, and items from her bridal collection — including a bride doll, antique satin bridal shoes, and jewelry. Tables throughout the room are filled with finished, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces in an incredible variety of styles.

Kitchen & Dining

An oval oak dining table with six chairs anchors this space. Dinnerware includes Noritake “Sweet Leilani” China, Corelle Impressions Watercolors pieces, and vintage finds such as a cut-glass antique vase and a sprinkling of depression glass. Flatware offerings include Rogers Bros. “First Love” and Community Plate “Evening Star” silverplate sets in wood cases, along with additional sterling pieces. Cooking and serving highlights include a marble mortar and pestle, Lodge royal blue Dutch oven and cast-iron fry pan, white KitchenAid mixer (like new), Pyrex Spring Blossom nesting bowls, Woodland Pyrex casseroles, and titanium-finish kettles. Appliances include coffee makers, a double toaster, and decorative red-and-black Chef Collection accents. Also included are wood bar stools, baskets, and cookbooks.

Primary Bedroom

This serene room features an antiqued white 5-piece bedroom set with a tall headboard, nightstands, and two dressers with drawers and side shelving. An adjustable queen size bed compatible with the set is available separately. Additional pieces include a blue armchair with nail head trim, white freestanding jewelry cabinet, LG flatscreen TV, storage bench at the foot of the bed, decorator pillows and linens, and whimsical framed bird artwork. The ladies’ walk-in closet is overflowing with size XL–2X tops, sweaters, cardigans, scarves, and purses — all in excellent condition. Shoe storage cabinets, bathroom linens, Bath & Body Works items, a beautiful digital makeup mirror, makeup chair, and some medical-related items are also included.

Coastal Bedroom

A full-size bed in natural wood with matching nightstands and dresser with mirror. The closet is filled with swimwear and summer cover-ups. Decor includes blue pottery lamps, bedding in blues and bittersweet tones, a white armless embossed fabric chair, unique metal bicycle art, and a Lucas purple hard-case rolling suitcase in like-new condition..

Guest Bedroom

Cape Cod–style furniture in eggshell finish, including a full-size bed, nightstands, and dresser with mirror. Wicker armchair with cushion, blue embroidered bedding, and decorator pillows. All Bedroom furniture made by Winners Only® furniture based in Vista, California, which can be found in the best retailers across the nation.

Garage
