-Payment: We accept cash, Venmo, and Square. A transaction fee will be added to payments made through Square.

-All Sales Are Final: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

-Bring Help for Large Items: Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, and transporting their purchases. Please bring sufficient help, tools, and appropriate transportation for large or heavy items.

-Driveway Use Requires Prior Approval: The driveway is steep and is not available for general parking or loading. Driveway access is only permitted for previously approved pickups of larger purchased items.

-Parking Is Limited: Please do not block the driveway, neighbors' driveways, mailboxes, or traffic. Parking along Beach Road is very limited, so please park carefully and considerately.

-Enter at Your Own Risk: Visitors are responsible for exercising caution while on the property. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property.

-Buyer Responsibility: Once an item is purchased, the buyer assumes responsibility for the item, including its removal and transportation. Please take care not to damage the home or property while removing purchases.

-Bring Your Own Packing Materials: We may have limited bags, boxes, or packing materials available. Please come prepared to safely transport your purchases.

-Please Be Respectful: We ask that all shoppers be courteous to the sellers, neighbors, other shoppers, and the property.
