Numbers will be handed out days of sale at 8:00am. No lists are honored.
Please line up as you arrive ( bring your fold up chair if you wish to sit in line) once numbers are handed out you can leave and return at the start of sale.

We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
3% service feeis added to credit card sales.
No checks are accepted.

5.5% sales tax applies as we are business registered with the state of Wisconsin.
If tax exempt you must have your tax ID card with you at check out or you will be charged the sales tax.

Please bring adequate help to move heavy items. Larger items have been moved to area of easy load. There is a house closing a few days after the sale, So all must be picked up during the days of the sale. Please bring boxes and padding for your artwork if intending to purchase.

No large bags, totes or beverages are allowed in the sale. We have baskets for you to use.
There will be large holding area available for you to set items aside as you shop. We also provide sold tags for you to use.

All Sales Are Final. Please inspect before you purchase.
