 🔹 This is an estate sale - not an auction. Most items will have price tags or signs. HOWEVER, if you don’t like the price on something, you may try to buy it for a lower price.
HERE’S HOW: At any time from the start of the sale on Friday until 3 pm on the last day of the sale on Sunday, you may make a reasonable, confidential, written bid to purchase an item at a price other than what is tagged. You may only make bids on items that are priced $100 or more. Bid slips & bid box are at the main check out. Bids/offers must be submitted by 3 pm Sunday. If the item ends up selling at full price during our sale your bid is VOID.

DAY 2 - SATURDAY, JULY 20, 2024
50% off ALMOST everything all day!
🔹 Full sale open 9 am to 4 pm 
🔹No numbers; however, we may limit the number of people inside the home from time to time if it gets too crowded. 

DAY 3 - SUNDAY, JULY 21
75% off ALMOST everything all day! 
🔹Full sale open 10 am to 4 pm

🔹 FILL-A-BAG-FOR $5 in designated areas of the home, garage, bunk house! Starts at 3 pm until 4 pm closing! 
🔹We may ask you to step outside for 10 minutes while we set up for the bag sale. We will give you bags upon your re-entry to the home, garage or bunk house. You may fill as many bags as you would like.  Pay $5 when you check out. We check bags.  Items must fit in the bag. You must be able to carry the bag by its handles. No double bags. 

🔹Confidential bids/offers accepted on higher priced items until 3 pm Sunday. Then…
🔹Sales ends at  4 pm Sunday & we open bids.  If you don’t hear from us by 7 pm you were not the successful bidder.
