Auction Terms & Conditions Auction by Cole Ford Auctioneer. A Wisconsin Registered Auctioneer. ID#3009-52. Viewing in person by appointment only. Send a message or call for appointment. 5% buyers fee for cash. 9% buyers fee for debit/credit. Checks will be accepted with an 9% fee for local businesses with an ID.  5.5% Sales Tax. Shipping:. We can assist in providing dimensions and weight for items. We will assist in preparing items for shipment and dropping items off at chosen service. There will be a $20 fee to ship any item(s) under 50lbs . There will be a $50 fee to ship item(s) over 50lbs. Shipping charges will be quoted but may be more or less. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items will be shipped by July 30th or sooner depending on amount to ship. Pickup- All items shall be picked up on Saturday July 18th 9am-5pm and Sunday July 19th 9am - 3pm. A charge of $10/day/item will be assessed for each day after July 19th items are stored with a maximum of 3 days. Must provide movers and vehicles. BRING HELP! We do not load items. If you want something loaded there will be a $15 charge no matter what it is. We keep our prices low by having the least amount of staff as possible and they will be busy keeping areas organized and to monitor areas/ask questions. Professional Movers will be available to quote moving large items. We reserve the right to Cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, or to change the date(s) for any reason. Check back or email/text for updated info. All date changes/cancellations will be announced in title or in description but may not be visible on this site at dates listed currently. All sales are final Cash or +4% Credit/Debit, +5.5% Sales Tax +5% Buyers Premium
