All bidders are required to register with a valid credit card prior to bidding. Registration authorizes WiBid Auctions to verify the card and pre-approve bidding activity.
At the conclusion of the auction, winning bidders will receive an invoice via email. Payment must be made in full by credit card through the online payment portal immediately upon receipt of the invoice and prior to item pickup.
WiBid Auctions accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). A 13% buyer’s premium will be added to all invoices, along with applicable Wisconsin sales tax unless a valid resale exemption certificate is provided prior to auction close.
All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of auction close. Items not paid in full within this timeframe may be forfeited, and bidding privileges may be suspended or revoked.
WiBid Auctions does not accept cash or checks unless expressly approved in writing before the close of the auction. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, chargebacks, or payment reversals will be accepted.
Buyer's Premium: There is a 13% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.
LOCAL IN-PERSON PICKUP ONLY - NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE

Pickup will be held on the Monday following close of the auction, or by appointment.

All purchases must be paid in full prior to pickup. Items will not be released until payment has been confirmed.
Buyers are responsible for bringing their own boxes, totes, packing materials, and labor required to remove and transport their purchases.
Parking is available on the road, along the south side of the building, and in the east parking lot.
Carts and furniture dollies are available on-site for customer use during pickup.
All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup period unless prior arrangements are approved by WiBid Auctions.
All Sales Final:
Once the auction closes and payment has been processed, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items and read all descriptions carefully before placing bids.
