Description & Details

This is the Estate of Kathleen and late Rodney Hildahl.

Kathleen was a registered nurse whose care and kindness touched many lives. Rodney was a well-known artist, longtime business, owner and builder, and a professor in the stout construction department.

As their daughter-in-law, Auna Hildahl, I have had the honor of helping bring this sale together. Their granddaughter, Gabbie, graciously helped with several daunting tasks to prepare the sale and make it an enjoyable experience for you.

Throughout the sale you will find fun facts placed near treasured items—some more than 150 years old—so you can enjoy a little story from their lives. As we sorted and arranged their belongings, it became clear how thoughtfully Kathleen and Rodney cared for each item by carefully bagging pieces, keeping original boxes, and writing notes in a special book so these treasures could someday be passed on to the next generation.

Their home reflects a life lived simply, fully, and generously. Kathleen and Rodney gave faithfully to their local church and many Non Profit causes. Rodney leaves behind a legacy of personal drawings, meaningful conversations, and creative influence that touched many lives.

Kathleen, Jade, and Auna thank you in advance for taking the time to be a part of this sale and for helping assist with Kathleen’s care.
