Registration:
You must register to place a bid.
Bidding:
PLACING A BID IS AN AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced.
Payment:
Invoices will be emailed to winning bidders after the auction closes. In most cases, payment is due at 12:00 NOON on the day prior to pickup. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure payment is made by the payment. All payments must be made electronically – no cash or check payments.)
Pickup:
The full address for pickup will be on winning bidders’ invoices. Bring all materials and equipment necessary to pack and load purchases; STAFF IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO ASSIST WITH LOADING. Local pickup highly preferred, but shipping is available on some items.
Terms:
Items are sold as-is, where-is. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS - all sales are final. Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase, and a winning bid is a contract between you and the seller. All sales final.
