A country estate with a good mix of practical items and collectible pieces. Highlights are an extensive collection of Franciscan Desert Rose, with many rare and hard to find pieces. Vintage Christmas, including Shiny Brite ornaments and handblown Silvestri pieces. There’s also a selection of cast iron. Nicer quality women’s plus‑size clothing and shoes. Household appliances including a stove, refrigerator, freezers, dishwasher, and washer and dryer.

Other items available: mountain bikes, an unusual handmade antique table with folding seats, guitars and rock‑and‑roll vinyl albums, ham radio equipment, and a newer hide‑a‑bed sofa.

The garage is full and has vintage fishing gear, a sandblasting machine, tools, motorcycle helmets and plenty of eccentric odds and ends that make for a fun dig.
