Art Is the Star of the Living Estate of This Locally Recognized Artist and Art Collector      

Robert Mareneck is a prolific and gifted watercolor artist whose paintings have been exhibited at Tamarack and many other locales.  Greenbrier County buildings and scenes are often the subject of his works.  Also, an avid art  collector, he has a large variety of art in this sale, including originals. Some framed pieces and carved wood sculptures reflect Bob and Ruby’s time in Jamaica as part of the U.S. International Service Executive Corps. There are many  treasures from their world wide travels.      

This sale includes all the customary household items, such as kitchenware, glassware, cookware, TVs, books, small appliances, rugs, bedding, baskets, furniture, some Mid-Century Modern.  

Of special interest are fine linens, a large camera collection, golf collectibles, bridge items,  china in “Gold Columbia” Wedgewood pattern, some green  Depression glass, like-new Burberry men’s raincoat, a curio table filled with English porcelain floral bouquets, a new roll of carpet, a carpenter’s bench and tools, and a fine artist table and lots of art supplies.  
 
      Parking is very limited at this location. We will be giving out numbers for viewing beginning at 11am on  Friday, 2 hours prior to the sale.
