IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING.
By placing a bid, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. These rules govern your participation in any auction conducted by NGW Services, LLC d/b/a NGW Auctions ("Auctioneer").
BUYER'S PREMIUM & PAYMENT TERMS
A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the total invoice amount.
Vehicles must be paid in cash, wire transfer or cashier's check made payable to NGW Auctions.
Purchases of $1,000 or more require cash or certified funds payable to NGW Auctions.
Sales tax (where applicable), shipping, handling, and any additional fees are the Buyer's responsibility.
Accepted payment methods include VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express, unless otherwise noted.
GENERAL TERMS
Pickup starts at the designated time. Early arrivals will not be accommodated.
All items must be completely removed by the end of the scheduled pickup time. Failure to comply WILL result in:
$25 per lot or cost of disposal for no-shows or abandoned items.
$30 per half hour, per staff member for delays.
$30/hour per staff member for special pickup appointments outside scheduled times (if approved).
Staff are not responsible for lifting or loading heavy items. Buyers must bring appropriate help.

PROPERTY TERMS & RISK
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.
Buyers assume all risks of damage or loss upon purchase.
No refunds or exchanges will be given.
Property condition, age, and authenticity should be verified by the Bidder prior to bidding.
Titles will be assigned to the registered buyer. Open titles are not permitted.
BIDDER REGISTRATION & RESPONSIBILITY
Must be 18 years or older to bid.
Bidders must provide accurate and complete registration details.
Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.
If account information is compromised, notify NGW Auctions immediately.
NGW Auctions reserves the right to:
Deny or revoke bidding privileges.
Reject any bid at its sole discretion.
Suspend or ban any user for violation of terms.
BIDDING PROCESS
All bids are final and binding.
No bid retractions are allowed.
Use of maximum bids is permitted and kept confidential.
In case of a tie or bidding error, NGW Auctions reserves the right to reopen bidding or make the final determination.
Do not bid unless you fully understand the property and terms. If in doubt, do not bid.
PROPERTY REMOVAL & SHIPPING
Property cannot be removed until full payment is received.
All loading, lifting, towing, and shipping arrangements are the Buyer's sole responsibility.
NGW Auctions and Sellers are not liable for damage during removal or transit.
ONLINE BIDDING GUIDELINES
To participate online, create a Buyer Account via the NGW Auctions website.
Monitor closing times carefully—lots may close at different times or extend.
Auctioneer is not responsible for internet connection issues, software/hardware malfunctions, or blocked emails.
CHANGES & ADDITIONAL TERMS
NGW Auctions may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to review the most current version prior to bidding.
Additional, property-specific terms (e.g., removal deadlines, inspections, shipping details) will be posted online with each listing and override any general terms in the event of a conflict.
LIABILITY RELEASE
All attendees and buyers participate at their own risk and release NGW Auctions and Sellers from any and all liability for injuries or property damage.
NGW Auctions is not responsible for inaccuracies, defects, or any resulting losses from purchased items.

NGW Auctions is pleased to present the American Sporting Traditions Auction, an online-only collection celebrating the rich history of American waterfowling, trapping, hunting, wildlife art, firearms, and sporting life.

This auction features an impressive selection of vintage and antique working duck decoys, collectible carvings, early steel animal traps, sporting firearms, signed and numbered wildlife prints, duck and turkey stamp art, and related sporting Americana.
Highlights include decoys attributed to renowned Havre de Grace carvers John “Daddy” Holly and James T. Holly, along with signed examples by Capt. Harry Jobes, Capt. Joey Jobes, Capt. Jess Urie, Floyd Midgett, Paul Turinsky, Jean Paul LaFramboise, Ardell Waterfield, and others. The collection represents several important waterfowling regions, including the Susquehanna Flats, Chesapeake Bay, Currituck, Lake Erie, Detroit River, Ontario, Buffalo, and the Outer Banks.
Collectors of early trapping equipment will find a strong assortment of S. Newhouse Oneida Community, Oneida Victor, Victor, Blake & Lamb, Diamond Brand, Triumph, and other long-spring traps, including several desirable No. 4 examples, a Newhouse No. 44, a government-marked Victor trap, and an early Newhouse wolf trap.
Sporting firearms represented in the auction include a Winchester Model 1887 10 Gauge Lever Action Shotgun, U.S. Springfield Armory Model 1903 .30-06 Sporter, J. Stevens Model 1915 “Favorite” .22, early Stevens “The 22 Marvel,” Hamilton No. 27 Boys’ Rifle, Thompson/Center New Englander .50 Caliber Muzzleloader, Mossberg Model 46B-B, an antique German percussion sporting rifle, and additional vintage firearms.
The auction also includes an appealing selection of framed wildlife and sporting art, including signed and numbered works by Maynard Reece, Adele Earnshaw, John C.
