Navajo RugsAntique 19th century Jenny Lind Trunk with 1849 California Gold Rush provenanceA heavy, stunning bracelet set with 16 turquoise nuggets, by Zuni artist Wayne Cheama. Wayne was the son of well known Zuni jewelry artist Angelita (Angie) Cheama. Circa 1960s/70s. Weighs 131 grams (4.60 ounces). 6" in circumference plus a 1" gap.Turquoise, coral, and silver ring. Man's size 11. By well known Zuni artist Effie Calavaza. Efffie was born in 1928, and began working in 1956. She is now 94 years old. Her work incorporates the snake, as a symbol of rebirth and renewal. Zuni fetish necklaceRARE 1870s Victorian Italian Lady's Opera Shoes. Hand made. In amazing condition for their age. Over 150 years old!  

I placed tissue paper in the shoes to aid in photographing them, and replaced the missing ribbon tie.

All original except for the ribbon tie. Stamped on the sole "M. Forte Naples". I was able to find a high end maker of shoes named Matteo Forte working in the 1870s and after in Naples. Their shoes were exhibited at the major European Expositions of the peior. Partially worn labels inside the shoes with 1870s date (see close up photos).
