8. Buyer's Premium

A buyer's premium applies to every purchase. The rate varies by auction and is displayed on the auction platform. Unless otherwise stated, it is generally 25%.

Invoices are payable immediately. LivePayments is the primary payment method. If payment arrangements are not made within 3 days after the invoice is issued, the payment method on file may be charged through AutoPay.

This is a SHIPPING ONLY auction unless specifically stated otherwise. Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days after cleared payment. We combine shipping whenever practical and use the most economical carrier.

Incorrect item, shortage, or delivery concerns must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery. Any formal claim must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery with supporting documentation. Late claims may be denied.

16. Storage & Abandonment

Unclaimed property may incur storage charges of $3 per lot per day. Property not claimed or shipping not arranged within 14 days may be deemed abandoned and may be resold or otherwise disposed of after reasonable notice where required by law.

Buyers agree to contact the Auction House before initiating any payment dispute. Improper chargebacks are subject to a $50 administrative fee plus actual collection costs, bank fees, and reasonable attorney's fees where permitted by law.

If a buyer fails to pay, the Auction House may cancel the sale, resell the property, retain deposits where lawful, pursue collection, report the debt, or prohibit future bidding.
