Organize, evaluate and properly display household contents for sale

Photograph select sale items for estate sale advertisements

Provide proper display tables and locking display cases for valuables

Price each sale items

Specialty items appraisers provided on an as-needed basis at no additional cost to client

Security consultant conduct site survey to insure safe and secure estate sale

Advertise and promote estate sale including but not limited to local newspapers, website, social networking, online/internet advertisements, mailing list

Place professional signage in sale area and interior of sale location


(Sale Day) Estate Sale Services


Conduct two-three day Professional Estate Sale

Cultivate fun and friendly environment for customers at Estate Sale

Provide friendly, knowledgeable professional sales staff

At least one member of sales staff will be bilingual English/Spanish to serve Spanish speaking customers

Off-duty law enforcement, security consultant on site


Post Estate Sale Services

After the estate sale we remove any remaining items per our written agreement

This may consist of arranging for a haul away service, charitable donation or other arrangements

Your property will be left clean and free of unwanted items

With in three business days we send you an itemized list/report of the items sold and a check for your portion of the sale
