Detailed planning Organizing, separating, clearing cabinets, cupboards, garage and storage sheds to prepare for an Estate sale in your home or packed and moved to another sale site. Appraisals by consultants for the following when necessary: Jewelry, antiques, collectibles, art, musical instruments, furnishings, sports memorabilia, books, posters, medical equipment and other related items
Packing, moving,unpacking and setting items in place in it's new location for local clients that are downsizing. Items passed on to relatives will be packed for pick-up or prepared for shipping.
Estate sale items will be cleaned, polished and tagged.
Consignment/auction Items are wrapped and scheduled for pick-up or delivery to consignment/auction houses.
Charitable Items are packed, delivered in exchange for a donation receipt which is given to the owner with an itemized list of items donated.
