Our job is to help you clear and liquidate the contents of a home in preparation for sale or rent. We work in homes of all sizes and host the sale on site. We research current values, price, clean, stage and staff the home to offer items in the most buyer friendly environment. We sell most everything, usually donate the rest, and leave the house clean. Your items find new homes and new life in a very green, environmentally sound way. You do not pay us up front. We take a percentage from the proceeds and submit a check along with detailed accounting to you. There are no hidden fees and we do not charge to give you a consultation. We are LICENSED, INSURED and BONDED. We are also a member of the BBB!
