I, Pamela Verrinder, as the owner, am committed to providing top notch service to my clients and customers. I am a Certified Appraiser with the Certified Appraisers Guild of America. After a decade of buying and selling, working full-time for another company, and contracting my selling and people skills out to other companies, I started my company. IES is my vision of how I would operate a company, I wanted to be and I am hands-on during the entire process. With the exception of an emergency, as the owner of the company my commitment is to work staging also known as set-up, photography, posting online, and work the sale. When the owner of an estate sale works the set-up and sale, it ultimately saves the client money. I believe if a client is paying my company commission, I should be working for them.
As a team we take pride in how we setup your personal property sale. Our goal is always to bring the client's property and customers together, and making both parties happy. Here at Integrity Estate Sales, I allow pre-sale of highly sought after items and items that need a wide audience. For example, pianos are a specialty item which a wider audience and pre-sale may determine if the item sells at all.
To my customers, your are the people who make our sales successful. We do our best to remove broken or damaged items, or we note the condition. We work hard to determine the Fair Market Value combined with Liquidation value. We are familiar with companies that price extremely high the first day, only to reduce the price to 75% off the last day. That does not serve the customer or the client well.
