I met Rob and his wife Norma through a mutual friend. When I met Rob he mentioned that he did Estate Sales and was a real life "picker." Since meeting Rob and his wife Norma, they have been an amazing resource and attribute to my business. As a Real Estate agent, I run into a great deal of individuals who could benefit from the services that Rob and Norma provide.

To whom it may concern:

I first met Robert when he was arranging an estate sale across the street from my elderly mother's house. He had kindly come over to let us know that there might be traffic on the street and parking could be impacted over the weekend of the sale. That struck me as conscientious and considerate so I asked for his business card for future reference. When my mother passed away in December of last year, I called Robert to handle the sale of her household.

For our family, it was a difficult time emotionally to consider selling the family home and all of the contents our folks had accumulated over 65 years of living in the same house. My siblings and I divided up what memories we wanted to keep and Robert made it easy to sell the rest; everything from coins to Christmas ornaments (who knew there were so many Hershey Kiss Christmas ornaments made) to furniture to WWII memorabilia.

Robert was respectful even in our times of second-guessing and emotional upheaval and he kept us moving forward by setting dates without being too pushy, a delicate balance. His network of experts is extensive as are his research skills and he was able to find value in many items that we did not know existed before the sale and to help with clean up and donations after the sale. Although it felt like a very long time, it was only a matter of weeks from beginning to end and throughout Robert was punctual, accessible, and always kind while being efficient.

In appreciation for managing this task for me and my family, I am writing this letter of reference for him and his team. Anyone considering an estate ·sale should know that Robert is one of a kind. He is a very stand up and straightforward person with compassion and passion for taking care of you and your family's possessions. And it is not only estate sales after a death he manages. A couple of my siblings are planning to downsize their households and, when they are ready, they will be calling Robert to manage it. That's how highly we think of him.
