I am a second-generation liquidator. My journey with the Estate Sale business started when my mother took me under her wing to show me the business. When she was diagnosed with cancer, I took on more responsibilities within the company. After she passed away, my brother and I wanted to keep her business going.

We understand the liquidation and downsizing process is difficult and time-consuming, which is why we are here to help! Our team is dedicated to make this process the least of your worries. My team and I organize, clean, evaluate and stage every item, and we do so with class and luxury to get you the most money for your items. We are here to work with your needs through every stage of the sale!
- Clean all items that are for sale
- Set up tables with tablecloths
- Research, inspect and evaluate each item for sale
- Organize and stage on all tables and shelves, while ensuring high-ticket items have great exposure
- Advertise for the Estate Sale in the local newspaper, our company's social networks, and our mailing list
Sale Day Services:
- Create a fun and safe environment for customers to shop in and around your home
- Provide a friendly and engaging sales staff to provide for a quality, customer experience
- Rearrange throughout the Sale Weekend as items are sold to maintain a professional "sales floor"
Post Sale Services:
- Clean-up after the sale and donate / remove any additional items, so that your property is clear of any unwanted items!
- We also offer consignment services for any items that are not sold
- Within 72 hours of the close of the sale, you will receive a check for your portion of the sale
