Creating Divine Order Move Management, Inc. led by Ann R. Hutchens, MDiv, MA, CRTS, recently celebrated its 10th birthday. We began providing Professional Organization Services in 2007, took classes in Relocation and Transition and moved on to add Senior Move Management Services in early 2008 and then Estate Sale Services due to client requests and needs.We added managing online auctions through MAXSOLD in November of 2015. We've loved serving the senior community, their family and friends -- the unsung heroes and heroes of our country.
Since then we've administered 100's of estate sales and served many more clients by including their smaller lot of items in a sale.
Our Company is a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers through which we have received the Circle of Excellence. Our president is a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist The company is a resident business at One Senior Place.
Ms. Hutchens is also a retired United Methodist Minister and full clergy member of the Florida United Methodist Annual Conference. Recognizing that downsizing is often a time of sadness and letting go, her experience, both as pastor and as a hospice chaplain, brings caring skills as well as the needed skills in systems, business and marketing. Creating Divine Order Move Management Inc, moreover, is an "S" corporation and established in accord with the requirements of the State of Florida.
Since the beginning our team has been vetted through background checks and most have been employees of the company. Katy James currently leads our Estate Sale team. Compassionate and capable, Katy has served many years in the antiques and resale business. Our team includes retirees with eclectic and varied skills: bookkeepers, insurance brokers, school teachers, a doctor and retail. All have had experience caring for people in need -- mainly parents.
As you can see we are not your usual estate sale company. We bring more than the needed skills of researching and organizing. We care for our clients and the things in their homes. Personal papers and items are sorted carefully; essential papers and electronic information are taken to by vetted companies where they are shredded and certificates provided.

Our organizational skills will extend to every room in your home; some areas will resemble a boutique. Valuables will be protected. At the end of the sale items designated to go to charity will be sent at the designated time. Your house will be swept out and neat. Within 30 business days you will receive your check with a list of items sold at a price of your choice. Our contract provides for a variety of optional services
If you choose to have our company pack items to be shipped elsewhere we will take pictures and provide the photos and a written description. We will see that items are shipped by a company with the required license and insurances. Our cleaning crew, or another of your choice, may deep clean your former home.
