Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Perry Benson on a very large, 4 day high end estate sale. From the very beginning, Perry looked over the inventory to sell, made notes and detailed plans on how the sale would be facilitated. Perry is the consummate professional, works with precision and maintains a team of experienced professionals. Each day, Perry had a plan, which was carried out without a hitch. He knows how to "stage" and price items according to their value. Items were coordinated by category, resulting in a very appealing display. What a success! We sold everything except for small knick knacks, which his team donated to a local charity.
