We treat your home as we do our own with reverence and care. At no point during the process do your possession become ours and if you want to keep the items (or a few) that do not sell, that is fine with us. At your request, we will donate any remaining items we were unable to sell.
We have hosted hundreds of estate sales and understand the resale market, our shoppers, and what items are worth. We are skilled and educated researchers and a close-knit team with wide-ranging resale and marketing experience.
We make a commission of the sale, typically 35%. No additional costs. We have every incentive to get the highest price possible for your possessions.

Clean-out: We dispose of all trash, broken, stained, or unsellable items before the sale so the home looks its best.
Staging: We are really good at this! We bring in tables, lights, display cases, everything we need to make your possessions look irresistible to shoppers.
Advertising: We advertise to our extensive list of shoppers, your local community, your neighbors, and even nationwide.
Research: Every sale is different and while many homes have similar items, we always find something new and intriguing. It’s our job to know how to price and market every item in your home to maximize proceeds and sell as much as we can.
Pricing: Each item is individually tagged with items we provide.
The sale: We fully staff and run the sale leaving you free to relax, destress, and sip a martini!
Clean-out and tidy: We remove all items we did not sell after you’ve had a chance to go through the house in your own time. We will leave the house swept and clean for the new owners.
Receipts and payment within 5 days: It’s really this easy! We are so efficient and organized we have it all done and over in as little as two weeks.
