Our initial consultations are always at no charge to you. We will work together to discover what your personal needs are for your estate, and make a plan to move forward towards a sale that works for you. We provide the staff and equipment to conduct your on-site sale. We will price, stage, advertise, and conduct the sale. Let us do the work so you can concentrate on the needs of your family during this time. On occasion we may recommend an off-site sale based on content, logistics or timeline.
Let us promote your sale using social media and various estate sale websites. Through staging and photography, we will highlight the gems in your estate. Let us hunt down all those customers so you can gather up the profit!
There are no up-front costs to book a sale. Our compensation is based on a percentage of sale proceeds, so our goal is to work hard to ensure all parties get the most out of your estate. Our competitive commission rates vary, based on the size and condition of your estate.
Our business is located in Tippecanoe County, IN, based in Lafayette. We are now booking sales within a 30 mile radius, with some exceptions.
