Our background in Elder Care Management translates to a comprehensive and compassionate service. We act as the custodian for your collection by staging the home for optimal merchandising, using high visibility and focused advertisements that are searchable both locally and nationwide we are able to locate not just a buyer but the right buyer. 

There is no cost to you. Hunt Estate Sales will cover all costs associated with producing your sales event. Reduced commissions can be negotiated for high value items, cars and boats. 

We elevate our sales platform with knowledge. Prices are set via a network of appraisers, specialists and membership only data basis. We welcome your input including stories, history, and purchase price on any item. The information gathered will result the highest sales price. 

We advertise in print, online, with social media and high visibility signage during the sale event. We have the largest social media following of all the Estate Sale companies in the state of Massachusetts. In a week we have over 10,000 views and hundreds of buyers onsite. Our focused advertisements are driven with professional pictures and detailed descriptions. 

Our price tags make your home look like a retail store. We use a 3 x 5 size printed price tags displayed inside hanging plastic sleeves. It looks smart and it greatly reduces the yard sale mentality. 

Our service is exceptional. From start to finish we accompany you through this transition. From sharing progress reports, to providing a detailed sales inventory report to delivering a "broom swept" home.

Downsizing? Don't waste another minute overwhelmed or worried about it. Call Maggie. She and Jim know exactly what to do and how to do it. They are professional, tireless, and upbeat as they solve all your downsizing issues in front of your eyes. Within days they:
-sorted through 31 years of accumulation in a large home and barn
-moved all the contents of the barn to the house
-emptied the attic into the downstairs of the house
-actually repaired a couple of items for sale
-amazingly priced all items with exacting market knowledge and in consultation with expert appraisers as needed, including finding value among jewelry items that surprised even us
-securely staged everything in a manner so appealing and coordinated that even the cellar was attractive
-photographed the displays and marketed them widely, including to their large social media following.
The morning of the sale there was a line outside the doors and cars appeared from 4 states. After a successful sale, Maggie still managed to sell some items and organized a final removal service that finished the job. We promptly received a thorough itemized accounting of the sale and the welcomed proceeds.
