My experience as a certified appraiser,  design professional, display & solution artist with over 25 years of operating a successful  retail store, will turn any sale into a "store" where customers love to shop and clients get top dollar for their cherished collectibles, fine art, the extraordinary and ordinary items in their homes.

Our experienced team of  professionals, including some of the Metro Detroit areas antique & mid century experts will carefully price and market your family treasures through both Estate Sale, Consignment, Auction and Online Sales.

I had the pleasure of meeting Susan as a customer buying several items at one of her estate sales 3 years ago. I was really impressed on how she conducts her estate sales, with such a warm and friendly, sincere presence about her, while at the same time multi-tasking, talking with customers, answering questions, etc.. All while writing up itemized receipts! I thought to myself "WOW" if I ever want another estate sale I want Susan to conduct it! As I purchased my items I had asked Susan if she would allow a client to be present during the sale, she didn't hesitate for a moment, she said yes! I was so relieved to hear that because I had hired an estate company who did not honor the contract, or write-up any receipts, or itemized anything as they had promised and as it was also written in the contract. The estate sale company deceived me knowing that I had just lost my husband in a devastating way, and that I was moving out of state, and this estate sale I had 3 1/2 years ago was to be for my future retirement to live a comfortable life. The company said they only do "special situations", now I know why and what they meant by that comment. So, you can imagine now how refreshing it was for me to finally meet Susan, a person of integrity, and a bright light for me. I recently went to an estate sale that Susan was conducting, and I told her my current situation, and that I will be moving out of state soon, and is it still in your policy to allow the homeowner to be present? She said yes, and that she just had another client who was present at a sale, which made me feel more at ease in asking her if I could be present at my sale. Susan just makes you feel comfortable in asking any question.. A stress-free environment which is another great quality she has! I was so thankful Susan was available to do the estate sale with short notice, and it was perfect timing for both of us, we got to work immediately, she had a contract, and she honored it 100% and more!!! I was in awe of her kindness, and thoughtfulness throughout my sale and her follow-thru, as she knew what I had been through previously with my bad experience with the previous company I hired a few years earlier. I wanted to reassure Susan that I know that the previous company didn't represent all estate companies, and that company was only "one" misrepresentation. The main reason I wanted to be present during the estate sale was simply to see the right person, who had a liking to the item, find a new home for the treasure I had, and appreciate it like I did. Susan gave me that privilege to let go of my treasures in a meaningful, respectful way, to be present at my estate sale, to physically see people who loved my collections, and I was able to give the customers history of the items when asked, as I was a buyer/seller/collector of vintage items, and antiques. It gave me peace, not sadness, in knowing my items were appreciated by others, it was a blessing! This is why I was so grateful to meet Susan and see her talents and professionalism shine thru every step of the way!!! I needed her and wanted her to know she was an absolute Godsend to me!!! Susan also went out of her way to drop off boxes to charity, and continues to sell items for me on consignment. Susan has an eye for detail, and organization, and her staging of merchandise is an incredible talent that is just effortless!! Finally, Susan is a refreshing light, she is kind, honest, thoughtful, trustworthy, and a person of the highest professional standards. Susan has the perfect balance of hard-work, dedication to her field of expertise, devoted to her clients, as well as being down to earth, having the compassion it takes that is needed in the estate sale business. I appreciate Susan more than I can convey in words, for all that she did for me both in a professional manner, and helping me thru the entire process and even extending my estate sale two extra days per her request to help me sell more items! I felt compelled to send you a note. In my life I have written few letters of recommendation because I typically expect a job done correctly and simply meeting expectations is not sufficient for me to spend my time writing. In your case I happily make an exception because of the outstanding manner in which you approach your business. Due to your professionalism and extreme focus on client satisfaction it is with immense pleasure that I thank you and submit the following.

When I first interviewed you it was obvious that you were very confident in your ability to meet my expectations. You clearly displayed a level of professionalism that did not exist with the many other estate sale representatives I interviewed. The result was that I selected you to conduct our estate sale without reservation and I never looked back.

Your knowledge of the market and your vast experience with appraising and properly pricing items was unbelievable. I mentioned to you that I thought the prices were high for an estate sale but you convinced me that I would be surprized. You were correct and the result was that we received far more yield than I ever would have expected. In fact, the final result was more than twice what I anticipated. The old adage “you get what you pay for” is absolutely true in your case.

• Your written and oral communication skills are outstanding resulting in my learning a tremendous amount about how an estate sale should be conducted to provide a greater benefit to the client.

You entered a home that looked somewhat like a storage warehouse and turned it into an inviting and warm environment that, I am certain, increased the willingness of buyers to pay the higher prices. • Your level of motivation, your planning and organizational skills and your technical knowledge/skills became apparent in everything you did.

• Your excellent interpersonal skills coupled with your flexibility and adaptability brought an interesting attribute to the table. As I interviewed other potential estate sales companies it was obvious that we would have had no choice but to do it “their way”. You however, were assertive regarding how best to achieve the greatest benefit while also displaying a willingness to understand any concerns we may have had and you worked with us on those to an appropriate resolution.

• You immediately stepped up to any issue and always accepted the responsibility to resolve issues satisfactorily.

• You demonstrated professional leadership of your team during preparation prior to the actual sale rendering a timely and very effective setup.

• Your ability to listen effectively, your excellent group interaction and the teamwork displayed by your employees resulted in much better than expected results

I could go on for many pages as the points above are merely highlights of you uniquely positive approach to the estate sale business.

As you are aware I attend many estate sales in my business. I have never, and I really mean never, attended an estate sale that I felt was anywhere near as professionally and effectively accomplished as you have done for us. The result was complete satisfaction beginning with initial interview and carrying on through the set up, the actual sale and ultimate payment which was received earlier and for a higher amount then I anticipated.
