Advertising.... Our growing list of loyal customers receive an email newsletter, detailing each sale, complete with photos. We advertise with local newspapers, Craigslist, Estatesales.net and other website providers, and professional signs are placed throughout the community.
Honesty and integrity... With TLC our clients ALWAYS come first. We do not ever attempt to purchase items from you prior to the sale, nor do we allow dealers or friends in for early purchases. Our goal is to do the best job we possibly can for our clients.
Customer service and security... Our highly trained and personable sales staff are always on hand to assist customers. Matching shirts and name tags help customers know at a glance where to go to get help with their purchases.

The extra mile... When the sale is over we're still there to assist you. Although we typically sell 85-90% of the contents of the home, there is inevitably some left over items. We can either arrange to have what's left taken to a charity of your choice and get a tax receipt for you, or leave it neatly boxed and organized for you to dispose of as you choose. We leave all properties broom swept, clean and ready for your next step.
