Bill, Anita and crew handled the estate liquidation sale of my mother's home. They are amazing! They worked for weeks gathering treasures from every corner of the two-story, 9-room farm house. They cleaned what needed to be cleaned, repaired what needed to be repaired, and displayed everything in order to have the most successful sale possible. They showed the greatest respect for my mother and her possessions, putting aside pictures and belongings that they knew we would want to keep. After the sale, they cleaned the house and left it spotless. Not only did we have a great sale, but we also gained some new friends. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

KEINER MOVING ESTATE SALE: April 2014: We appreciate the work and service you did you us. There are not many people that could have helped us. We got a contract on the house on the 6th of April, found a place on the 8th of April and moved out on the 19th of April. You stepped in RIGHT BEHIND us and prepared the sale that took place on the 29th of April thru the 3rd of MAy-all before closing and turning over possession of our home. And you managed to sell far more than we thought was even possible wherein there was little left to donate that didn't sell. You are good!!! You took all the worries, hassle, the extra stress away from us and allowed us to concentrate on the things we needed to do to set up our new home.

WOODS ESTATE SALE: 2012.
"My Mom passed away, and we were left with her home, full of furniture, dishes, nick-nacks, etc. I certainly did not want to deal with the stuff, and neither did either of my 3 sisters. A friend of mine recommended Anita [Roberts] and Bill [Lee, of A BETTER SALE COMPANY] to me, they had helped him after his wife had passed. So, I contacted them and to my surprise and delite, they handled everything. They picked out the dates to have the estate sale, right there at my Mom's old house. They cleaned and polished everything up. They arranged everything to make it easy to display. They worked about 70 hours getting things ready before the sale, and then, they held the sale, and we did not have to be there to help or anything. It made it easy, because my sisters did not want to see my Mom's stuff being sold.
They did all the advertising, signage, and craigslist. Four days after the sale, they had sold everything except 4 small boxes of stuff. The sale included lots of furniture, lawn mower, garden and automotive items, lots and lots of dishes, etc. The remainder of the [larger] items they took with them to sell later when they hold their own sales. Amazing!! Plus, I did not have to put down a deposit, or promise them so much money. They ask for nothing up front, nothing, and they only took a small % of the monies made at the estate sale. WOW! What a deal! And I did not have to lift a finger. They did it all. Well worth their %. When a loved one passes on, it is so hard to deal with their belongings, and Anita and Bill made it simple.
I would recommend them to anyone. If you need any type of sale, call them. They make it easy, simple and of course, they will make you lots of money."
