I am convinced that stress reduction is the primary way I can serve my clients, accomplished through good communication, hard work, being fair and honest, working diligently and, essentially, striving to conduct every transaction and interaction with integrity. This will always be my end goal.
Receiving my BSW from Western Carolina University in the 80's began a series of experiences in the field of social work. I have always enjoyed working with people. Eleven years ago I held my first estate sale for relatives not realizing this was the beginning of a journey to a career change which would take place in early 2016. My business experiences began young, as my parents and grandparents were owners of a local country store/gas station in which I was involved from an early age. For many years I have enjoyed anything related to estate sales and have come to love this business. Those endeavors which have helped me along this journey include working part time as an estate sale company assistant, being a re-seller on eBay and through a local antiques mall, attending many auctions and estate sales, and looking for bargains for my family when we were a one income household. All of these activities helped in acquiring a solid knowledge base. I love researching, organizing, networking and finding new ways to do things. My tendency is to be detail oriented. As my knowledge and love for this type of work grew, I began to receive encouragement from others in the business, friends and family to launch my own business in the western area. I believe it to be the perfect combination of my life experiences and skill set.
I am beyond excited to be serving the folks of Western North Carolina.
